In keeping with our Maine theme, we are featuring the flower of the Maine state potato. 

Pourquoi le français? 

French is in everyday use from Fort Kent to Van Buren, Maine, where the Maine potato flourishes. We took a few creative liberties - the flowers are typically purple and these flowers are not in full bloom.
